your "Gaussian-blur -> lighten" effect is too heavy in this, it only works in some signatures. Ease up on that layer, and work on adding other effects.

Clear focal, decent compo, has no real energy to it though, it's very bland, and your stock is too pasted on. Needs to be better incorporated into the rest of the tag. Lighting is a little strong. I like the type, I just don't know about the positioning. Overall, pretty decent, I just feel you could do more with it.
