Text looks bad. I suggest removing it.
Tbh, it's too orange. The coordination with the colors is good, but it feels too orange and red.
It also feels incomplete. You've developed a decent background. Though, you need to add more elements to it.
Also, try to make you focal stand out a bit more, darken the sides, blur them, whatever you need to do in order for it to stand out.
Blending is pretty nice though.

I said play around with your colors, make your focal stand out more and add a few minor elements to the background.
If you're going to feel hurt like this than just don't ask for cnc. I'm trying to help you improve and make this piece better.
lol i dont' feel hurt at all and i do want Cnc but i just didn't think certain things you said were that bad and yeah i really really need to work on text but also how do you get orange i only see a brightish yellow and red of all shades
its real good for not makin a sig in 2 years. i like what you did with it actually. the colors do need a bit more contrast which can be done with the contrast layer or you can take the burn tool to make some parts of the flame darker. i like how you got the render in the BG bigger. you need to actually increase the opacity a bit for that and then use the burn tool on the BG to create a shadow sorta thing to make some dept. same thing for the main focal naruto. take the burn tool and make a shadow sorta thing and use the dodge tool to make lighting make sense, because right now you aint got a light source. another thing you need to fix is the border lines on the top and bottom. just keep the side borders.
overall its good for bein away so long i suggest keep makin sigs so you get back to the hang of things
