keep it up, its a start.the white circle, must be on the top of the iris because of the light.you will say what if it comes from under? i will tell you it looks weird.

you've got some white coming up from behind the eyelashes which is really distracting. Don't really like your composition on this one, to be honest. It's not a bad start, it has potential, but you need to do more with it.
