Text is illegible, instead of using a clipping mask just use a nice basic color and place it closer to the focal so its nicer on the eyes.
The blurred c4d's look weird in this case or maybe over blurred Gaussian blur on a very low capacity and erasing all over the spots you dont want blurred can get the result you were probably going for.
Also try adding a light source with a soft brush over the render and mess with the capacity. and try blending in the render.

This is better but the text is illegible. A light color on a dark background generally looks better.

I like V1 bg but V2 render :P Neither text I like tbh >.< but maybe move it a little closer to him with V1 style and put a stroke on it might help :)

the first ones text, the second ones lighting, only move the lighting a bit so its not directly on him. it ruins the focal a bit..
