the fish is a bit random and takes away from the focal imo.
The monotoneness gives it a nice aura.
However text could be positioned better.
Overall nice sig except the fish lol.

I like it. If you scrap the fish then maybe try a jellyfish. Might go better with your effects.

I like the atmosphere, but the fish, the text and the bubbles take me away to 3 focal points
maybe if u change the posission of the text and make the fish a bit sharper and the bubbles more in the background. my opinion :p
good concept anyway :D
