Hm, it looks alright, I've definitely seen better from you.

I believe it's too darkened and other then the effects it feels too flat.

Otherwise, it looks pretty good, kiu.

Lighting is good but you may want to work with it a bit more.
Take a soft brush with dodge tool with 30 or so capacity and start off at the hand and keep lowering it till you get to around the face. Then use the burn tool the dark areas with a low capacity around the shadows.
You may want to bring up the contrast a bit and sharpen a few sections of the sig.
Otherwise this is a great sig kiu .

Nice work, simple yet effective. There's not a ton of chaos going on here which is a plus. I try not to repeat what others have already said or stated. But yea I would work on adding highlights here and there along with some depth.

Im missing some lightning, also there is a brown thing at his hand that i dont like to mutch.
but overall it looks cool :D

I like this peice, but the left side feels awkward for me for some reason. Maybe its that red thing by his hand.
but you should had come more Brightness/contrast toward the arm IMO.
