First, I think it's way too big. I like the text and the red grungy background. I just don't think the place where the guy is, is right. He doesnt stand out enoguh either. It's really good thought, nice work.
I think it looks like too many things are being squeezed in. As a personal opinion, I like things more basic, but that's just me.

k..on the pic try doing this Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur...-5.0 then Edit Fade gaussian blur 100% hardlight :)
yah blur it a little. it will somewhat fix da low quality pic, n give it a nice blurry effect ;D. Its a TAD bit busy but it looks nice. The chian looks like da main attraction then Jay-Z face. 7/10
