before I comment can I see the stocks you used ?:)
I like it. What is the heart supposed to be? A planet? Is it a glass-type texture or completely see-through?
Well, dont know actually. I didnt know how it would turn out and I jsut wanted to try it out. so I guess its see through.
One problem I see is the giant planet has like 2 white dots on it, I would just remove them they don't really do much at all. Also the moon/planet in the top right is transparent. I would just make that not transparent. Also at the bottom of the giant planet the brush work looks a little sloppy I would clean it up some. Also on the right side of the planet the blending from light to dark is off. I don't think things go from light to a complete dark, there are traditions. I would also either move the "is" text around or change the color it is a little hard to read with the giant white spot. This is more of my perspective, but I would space the planet, the heart, the nebula, and the text out a little. Everything seems really cluttered.
Overall it looks really good. Just some sloppy mistakes that need some clean up. I do love the heart and the over all colors of this artwork seem really nice mate keep it up.

I like the star effects around the text IS, was it done with the brush tool?
The text fits well with their respective backgrounds, but reading it moves your eyes from top-left > right > bottom-left, which doesn't fit with the focus of the piece.
