first things first: so you'v got a long name and that doesn't fit easely. just shorten it to EJB.
i sometimes shorten my name to XL. lol.

the colors are strange in this tag. her head is yellow, her torso is white, and then her hand is yellow again.
i see a nice flow going on from left bottom to right top.
nice blending of the focal.
