Hmm...the face seems a *little* over-sharpened and the blending seems off. I like the effects and the text placement is pretty good :P

Your background is lacking because of it being extremely repetitive.
It seems as if you did a layer copy and spread it across the canvas.

Blending is good, text placement is good.

Work on developing a stronger background. This is a pretty nice piece otherwise.
A light source could be a bit more discrete by burning some of the darker area's in this piece.
