first one:
Either flip your bg, or her horizontally. Your bg looks like it's "facing" towards the left, while she's facing the right, I think it would be a little more harmonious to have them both facing the same direction. I like your colors, and the shapes you've got going on. I think you could maybe use a little something in your foreground though, she feels a little pasted on.

Second:
Text feels a little squished. It's pretty good, decent compo. Could use a light source, and maybe a little more going on in the bg, some soft brushing or something.
