Why is it hard to make friends? Is it that people are getting more angry, less trusting? Or is not hard at all?
My experience is that it's hard to make friends. I don't mean, people you know, but real friends. Someone you could call on in times of sadness or need. Someone who knows what you're fave food, movie or song is. Someone who could give your number to a really cute guy, who's not her type. You know what I mean?
Yea, people in my taste are becoming more and more distrusting, hang out with the goths, trust me they are nice to you. =^.^=
Funny, I'm semi goth and the others aren't that nice. I still have a hard time fitting in, I guess they think that Blacks don't do Goth.

The people who seem like the outcasts of life are always the best people to be around. I don't think it's lack of trust that makes making friends so hard. People now just care to much about what other people think about them. Goths, freaks, and the like don't care, so it's nowhere near as hard to become friends with them.
Gothic people scare me
You should have friends, if you don't, that's sad.

I certainy don't miss this about highschool. It's pretty pointless trying to fit in with anyone. You're only compromising yourself and eventually that fine veneer you've coated yourself with will beging to peel away. It may be hard to even figure out who you are, but being yourself is a lot less stressful. Just do things you find interesting and you like to do or wear whatever. If you don't like it...don't do it. Don't worry about fitting in to one group or another. That's pretty much how I was my last couple years of school and I had tons of friends. People enjoy honesty.
I have friends that i hate...lol. But mostly my freinds approached me and said, " hey your new around what's crakin" Or something like that lol.
yeah but I'm 28. things change when you get older. I'm not around enough people. When i am i guess they just don't like me, for whatever reason. I don't even say anything most of the time. I always hear later, I thought you were such a bitch. I ask based on what and they say just by looks. Which is stupid. Most of the time (esp older people) they say I look cute and innocent and NICE! LOL. I'm confused.
