Pretty nice rash. Its just too dull :P. I needs more to the BG instead of white. Just work with it some more and it could look pretty baller.
did you make thoose marks yourself? if not im sorry to say i think it needs alot of more work. Right now its just a render on a white bg, im not saying this to be a prick, but when you create a image large images especial you need to think about depth, colors, background focus points cool effects and such, and a cool effect doesn't have to be a bunch of c4d's there are so much more than just slapping on a c4d :)
