I am not sure if you Sharpened it or if its just the render, but too me it looks a little over-sharpened and the render itself could use some blending, I can see some spots where you try to blend it but the render still stands through it some.

v2 is much better than the first. I like it when the focal is at least 40% of the image . I like this. I feel tho there is a lot of pink, maybe try an play with some of your colour changing options, one of my favs is the selective colouring one you can find at the bottom of your layer tray in the half an half circle. Don't forget you dont have to kill all the pink just merge the layer down to one of the pinkies :D
I like the random c4d effect but it seems you have got it on full colour dodge/lineage dodge or divide. Sometimes that can kill the efffects. One way I have found that can keep that wild shine but tone it done a little without loosing the pretty light is to first put it on screen 100ish than make a copy of the c4d but this time put it on your dodge/divide and bring down the opacity to 20-60:D it keeps the glow to the desired area and you won't loose the light ^^
