its sig not sign for a start xD and i like the effects i think you can get some more depth in there and also strengthen the lighting but GJ KIU
Have a go at blurring around with the blur tool, also i think your text needs a bit of work
^^ wanted to mention about the text also but didn't want to come across as putting it down to much
for the time being work on lighting and depth
it looks quite good but it can be better
