You've messed up the adjustment layers. It's to over contrasted and dull, it also makes it look lq. This is a thing that you really need to work on m8.

The c4d render in the bg does not work, I would remove that. The smudge is nice.

Redo the adjustments, go easy on the contrast and the outcome would be much better ;)

I agree with Rad. I don't like the text placement either. I like this sig though.

I think you could have used that beautiful gold colour on his sword for a great effect an you covered it up :(

You still have these gradient layers kinda blotched imo, I like what your working for but those two things keep me guessing :P
