I love it. I just don't like the effect on his face, it isn't necessary there.
Also, the yellow text that I believe says "Killer" looks a bit odd, I'd just remove it.
Other than that, great work, ^u^.

the effects on his head i made in to a crown and tx for the cnc oh and cape :P
