Not feeling the text or the vector brushes. Nice depth blending could use a little tweak.

tried a sandstorm like effect. but i failed. lol
V2 looks much better it's just a bit over contrasted.
the sandstorm one? does it look overcontrasted? i only added some brushes. lol

I would say at the moment you should try blending in the render more, you have your effects and things right but the render just pops out a tad too much, try smudging, then sharpening / blur to get a nicer effect. :))
