Eh, I added a blur, then lowered the opacity on it. To make it look like the picture was taken when it was in motion. I guess it didn't work out as I planned.

Was just trying something new.

I don't like how the city stock looks 2D while the car looks 3D. I also don't like the whitish smoke. Other than that , its fine. :)
