I really want to know how to make like Grind and Hardcore band logos and i really can't find any good tuts for stuff like this

I've made quite a few in my time. Pen and paper my friend, pen and paper. Digital logos are never as good/creative as pen.
Looks hand drawn like Rm said, then colored in with black. Then scanned into a computer/Ps.
The easiest way I've found, if you want symmetry, is to write the world then write it flipped horizontally right on top. Then you can see what you can change/edit/add. Best of luck.
