uhmmm, dude that's not a vector... that's a cut out stock with vector brushes around it... it's not working man sorry:(
the composition isnt working together. There is no element that's catching my eye, everythin looks dull and the color isn't the strong point here. The bg is the worst problem. This is definitely not working.
