yeah it looks a bit oversharpened :P

if it wasn't for the flame breath you wouldn't even be able to determine where the head is.
so i'll just copy paste what everyone else said "too oversharpened"
sharpen first>new layer>blur>erase to create depth and a focal.
it also could be using some more colors in my opinion it's so... colordead hehe:P
