Hmm. Interesting. I'm digging the colors, but it's pretty flat.

It's really good. The only thing I can complain about is that the light reflection on his glasess are white, but all your added lightsources are orange. So that doesn't add up.
Otherwise good job!
personally I can't see how it's "flat" at all. there's nice depth here, but there are issues with the light as pointed out by rad.
other things you want to keep track of are the differences in contrasts and saturation relative to where they are in the tag. In places it's correct, others it's plain skipped over. I'd also reduce the size of your focal. It's really smashed into the canvas.
