Yeah I think this is fallout but I've never played so I wouldn't know :P
Once again I put a lot of effort into my depth and lighting so I'd like comments on that to see if I'm improving on it.

Its nice, but i dont like that u can see another focal, in background, tho its not bad at all ;)
efects are nice, depth aswell, try add more light source, and fill up the left side!

i like, but what i did.
i did the c4d bellow his arm on his arm so it has a cool effect like its going from his arm.
and left is a bit boring/ empty try to fill it up with some text and then crop it a lil' -
