In the beginning of this it was coming along well, till somewhere inbetween everything got jumbled up. Everything in this feels all cluttered and something else I really cant put my finger on it.

Well the text should be a bit more visible, The render could be blended a bit better and it really has no flow or a good light source.It looks pretty unfinished. Check out a few tutorials bud.
I share your disappointment. Lol I'm jk. But nah I don't really like it. As long as you don't either then I don't feel bad.
Well the sig should generally have flow in the direction of her hair, but the effects you have are going off in random directions. It's good that you're trying to blend the text in, but it should still be readable. Could also be placed better.
simple fix, delete the layers until you get to the beginning and rework the tag
Thanks for all the comments, but yea dont feel bad I hate it too, but might as well show what you make. I am not going to even try to fix this; it is just another stepping stone in the relearning process pretty much. Guarantee the next one I make will be better than this POS.
