The smudge on the right shoulder is to obvious.

I don't like the smudging really. There's no rhyme or reason to it, and it's not very gradual.

Hmm...Was the smudge supposed to look like smoke?
If it was the opacity would have to be lowered, and it'd have to spread across the sig towards the upper left I think. Right now it feels random, and the transition from the smudge to the rest of the background is really abrupt.
Other than that, I think it looks sick, nice job keep it up ^^

I really like the smudge I would only suggest adding a sharpen to it to give it more depth, and lower opacity just a smidge.
