Text isnt good. Change the color, or a clipping mask, or somethin.. Too much FX on the right, needs more on the focal point, so move those fx onto the shoulder.. if that makes sense lol :p

It is too dark to see any detail. The face is the focal but it needs to be cleaned up some. also there is alot of negative space on the left side that is not good.
