im not liking the bright light in the top corner.
its a bit plain. try adding some color with a 'soft brush' set on 'soft light'
looks like you blurred his right shoulder too much.
sharpen the focal a bit.

also the text looks a bit 'sharp', try setting it to smooth.

need more work on that sign .. is very simple but the concept is my favorite.

I think the bright light should be moved as said above feels a little off just in that small corner.

Text is a little off too, make it a little more simple an just go for a thin black text !!!
