I can't really tell what it is,the green background doesn't suit the render at all, Blending needs work, Lighting needs work, Depth needs work, Text is alright. Effects aren't that great. Kind of looks un finished to me. And looks like a bad render choice.

Try a few tutorials mate. Your on the right track.
Thanks, I fixed it. I think :/ How's this?

Well,it's much better. But you started off with a LQ render overall I think which kinds of ruins it from the start, but it's not that bad, you should add a few more effects in your foreground whether it be C4D's, smudging, Pentooling, etc. would have done some effects around his arm near the text maybe some pentooling or lighting stocks set on screen or linear dodge. Also in the future when choosing a render/stock make sure it's of a decent quality so you can add depth a bit easier, try adding a 1 px Gaussian blur to the sig then erasing the blur off of the focal point then give the tag either a quick sharpen or give it a high pass sharpen set on overlay to help with the depth. Depth is all about making your focal point stand out nice a crisp and you background sticking to the back. You could have also added a bit of blending and depth by taking the tentacle thing by his leg that you have in the background and make it go over his leg instead of behind it. Keep it up though, feel free to PM me if you have any questions, or feel free to Add me on MSN as well.
I love the Zeratul render. Lots of fun stuff you can do to it.
That said, it looks like you started off with the render in B&W. Your V2 is much better, but if you try using the render in full color and then blending it in with C4Ds and other stuff, then topping it all off with some gradient maps/photo filters, you could make it into something awesome.
You're definitely on the right track, kiu.
