The effects are good but I think you have one of them on too high in the colour dodge or soemthing lower it a little or put it on screen lower than add a colour dodge an lower if you want that "glow from within"

For the tag, um, there's too much white going on near the chick and it really throws off the lighting.

Also, I think the background and render could do with a bit more contrast.
Border is a bit too thick for my taste, I think a 1 or 2 px would do.
