uhhm looks you just pulled a layer and from an existing psd and pasted it on a really dark stock....?
whats with the cut above that guys head?

no.. :) the cut is edge of the sig and that dark "stock" is border :)

Really bad compared to your current sig.. REALLY bad.
can only make out like a 3rd of the sig and that 3rd is really LQ
and the text is really bad

That's a wicked piece, but I hate the cut off at the top.
A bit too much negative space, imo.
The lighting could be a bit better as well.
Try to add some light grey wireframes on the sides.
