Like the concept...here's my cc
Over use of red..would be fine if they were varying shades
The render seems a little shadowed and dark compared to the background .. would try to lighten it up..maybe a layer with a white brush on soft light. Possibly add a light source to add depth.

She is very cute and I def think youve got the ball rolling on this but I would make a similar suggestion to your render oor use her hair colour a little in the bg to make this seem less bla.
