Hulk Draghen

The main problem here is that the text is centered and the head of the hulk (the focal) is placed somewhere near a corner of the sig. This means that my first look goes to the text and not to the, what used to be, the focal point. So you ahve to place the text and the focal point somewhere else.

The "Hulk" text is nice but the "Draghen" text isn't in my opinion.
You can better change the font into a nice unnoted (or h/e you call it) font.
The lightning you've created is pretty nice, a bit too bright tho. But you have to create more lightning around your lgithning source. Don't make it brighter tho.

I like the splatter effects and the flow is good :D
This tag could use some gradients to make the red and green match better.

the background is another stock to get here and now render the use but was cut so no s ele call noe s rip because the font the same sig I made it because I liked the whole concept is no coincidence .. I understand that I hope I should have asked before I apologize for that but I never rip a whole without ever I would do ok?

Unless he gave the .PSD, it isn't ripping.
You can say it's idea ripping, but you did the same thing as well.

+ idea ripping isn't an actual form of ripping.

As Cs4pro said, don't ever center your text, it is a huge distraction from your focal point.

The colors are really dull to me and the effects could use some more work.
It does seem as though you did copy ROUfa, it's fine to somewhat copy it, but they look almost identical. Try something new with that.

can you upload your PSD ???

looks a bit ripped the brushes are the exact same? check the clipping masks, this has just a slight different color and a red head is removed.
It even has the same border, a border u dont use in your different work. The light source, the focal, the text and the splatters are the exact same..?

I'm not gonna get involved with this ripping thing, im sorry draghen, but unless you can provide a Psd im going to have to go against you. Even though you are in my team, i cant tolerate ripping
