I would probably place a small star brush there.
The text could go.

Overall the effects need to be brightened to give this a 'wow' factor.
Depth is good here though, the render you used is great, it has good motion.

Blending near the top of his arms could be worked on as well.

Work more with your effects mate, that's all I really see that's bringing this down.
