Axis Music

Here's something that hopefully Axis music will take from me. I was talking to a guy the other day at the guitar center by my house, and he wanted a flyer made... The the font was the closest thing that resembled what he wanted... I have two versions...

the text on the first one looks good. the music sheet is torn and you'd expect something exciting to be bursting through, yet it's this rather calm picture of nothing particularly eyecatching. if you're going to use that picture, i would make the tear less extreme. maybe make the edges have more of a feathered looking tear to them rather than a jagged one.

also, i assume the main idea of this flyer is to get people to use the free lesson, yet that text gets lost in everything else. you've got the right idea with the box in the first one, but even that doesn't help it stand out enough. it's a good start overall though.

and be sure to think about printing (sizes, cost, etc.) before you submit it.

i hate those sharp thingys in the middle....but the bg looks nice...but still would be nice if you could really blend the colours....nice job
