need more of a background not crazy about the blur drop shadow and the text is too high up too large takes focus away from the focal point and is very boring i would keep trying i like the sadistic picture of joker thoug nice choice.
smaller text full opacity
remove the blur around the joker try some smudging instead maybe

haha not a bad beginning bro , try something simple with getting to know your program could take easy way and follow some tuts or do it like i did mess around with different things in your photo-shop , good way to start is always when using a render m8 hold shift down when you use Edit free transform when you re-size your image , once re-sized ALWAYS KEEP A UN TOUCHED COPPY OF IT in case you made a mistake. can always bring a clean copy back to the front to fix your mistake .

your off to a good start. When I first started, I kept distorting my renders and the renders themselves were LQ, your render looks good, I would take what others have said here and practice it. Making good signatures take a lot of time and practice, kiu.
