Overall this piece looks low quality.
No defined focal.
Blending is good though.
Typography is slapped on and way too distracting. Remove it.
Work on this one more mate. It seems unfinished and rushed, make sure you thinking about flow, depth, lighting, colors, focal, etc.

I can't wait for the term "swag" to be over and done with. Hopefully it doesn't carry on into 2011. Swag is for fags.
As for the sig, very chaotic. Your black effect/c4d makes one of them look like a floating head. The text doesn't seem to match very well. Four focals are a bit much for a sig. Plus there's no color scheme or depth. Not really chaotic on second thought, just messy.
