I like the blur effect you have , very end of days kind of feel and makes me feel like there is "no hope"

I think you might wanna work on the topaz settings a little they seem very sharp on your render. Here is a setting (lol pretty much the only one I use) maybe you can try out an see how it feels for you.

Your text is in a good place an I like the colour you used for it, I just can't really read what it says :(, make it a little bigger or take off soem of the effects you have on it so it can be better noticed :D
