i think it is not, but it looks real LQ because of all the dots.. you probably intended them, but at least clean up the face then. nice one for a two year come back!!

ah that explains... hmmm maybe topaz clean the face (just the face) first, then give it another go? nice stock!! may i download it plz?

Definitely need to try and clean up your focal a bit...but it's hard when you have such a LQ image to work with. You could maybe make your focal pop more by applying your image, add a blur and erase your focal. Then do the same but sharpen the image, and erase everywhere but your focal.

I don't know what else you could do other than that, but nice concept keep it up.
