Very nice job. I like the second version better. The smudging on the arm area looks nice and the lighting looks excellent. Maybe try adding some text? I don't know where would be appropriate though... Great job man.

personally i think this looks pretty ridiculous....
well the smudge anyways the rest is ok
in my pieces i work at something different this type of smudge is one of my styles coz if it wasnt there people would moan that it was empty :S , Just a bit of info :D but thanks for the cnc i will take it into consideration <3
colors on V2 go all over the place... whilest V1 has a more equal feel, so V1 for me!! i think that it doesn't look ridiculous, but what Dub is trying to say is that it needs flow!!
A good sig has 1) flow - 2) colorscheme - 3) depth - 4) focal - 5) something that makes it stand out!!
and yes this sig has some of this points, now think about it and.... make it sexy!!
