I only just now made this Signature. It's my first in quite some time. I'd apreciate some Constructive Criticism.
I like all the colours and the placement of the lightsource is neat. Your render seems a bit blurry though, could use some sharpening. And whoever rendered Mugen also left a white spots on the right side...you could fix that by smudging him into the background a bit to blend him in. Your smudging as a whole could be blended together better, you could reduce the strength of your brush and try to make the transitions between colours a little smoother. I think the text would look better placed closer to his shoulder too, more around the middle of the tag.

BG smudging is good, but would have been nice to see mugen blended into BG. also his face/chest area could be sharpened to bring it to focus.
also are those flower things part of his clothing or a brush? if it is brush effect, then i think yo could have added little more scattered around.
