Hm, I love the concept, but I think it could have been executed a bit better. When I think of "Autumn Sun" I think of the tag being nice and bright and vivid. But this is kind of dark and grungy. I like what you tried to do with the lighting but it's a bit dull Try dodging it a bit or using an exposure filter or Curves. I like the colors just wish they popped more. Also it seems a tad flat, try sharpening you focal a bit. I too like the text.
