Nice concept but imo the background should be vectored not clouds.
I agree with Dr. I think this would look a lot better if the BG was vectored also. Also I would of maybe made the clouds a lot lighter in color. It looks like the vector is the sun, I would of made it like one of the picture perfect days :P. Overall its not too bad, but not your best. Pretty nice job. Keep it up!
