not sure whether to put more bubbles in or not

I quite like it, I think you can add more details to his face and make his feet a bit bigger, they look really small.

I think the feet look small in comparison with his shins, but his ankles are quite thin

I think you did a great job with shading and giving it a shapely appearance. I do think you should add more bubbles to make it no look so flat in the water tho :)

pretty cool maybe a gaussian blur and erase the focal and some of the bubbles but not all to give your depth may a new layer apply image and try sharpening it with paint daubs. gl and kiu
