I think it doesn't have the right flow, you should have followed the blue fractal's flow
The colors are not complementing with each other and the bg blurr didn't help to get some depth.

Was mainly looking at effects in this one as my previous have been lacking. As I posted in my last sig that one i was working on Depth, this one effects. When i know what i'm doing with each i'll combine them ^^

makes me think hes in a snow storm but on another planet :D I think the colours are sorft but lead in a goos light source, you should put some lights in I suggest :D

Not to be a nerd, but that's Snow, not Cloud.

As mentioned before it looks like he's in a storm, which is coo. Usually I don't comment about borders because it's all preference, but with how light this tag is, the black bothers me a bit. Kiu mate, looks good.
