Improvements mate! Id recomment you completely smudge the BG in the lich king one! Your tags are getting to monotone though!

Read up on some smudging tutorials, play around with your settings more and relax on your adjustment layers, they both seem monochrome and not very appealing, color wise.

i know you practice alot and your really passionate about this. thats good because you are definitely improving. so keep doing your things and you will have sick tags in no time
as for cnc, your smudgings really improved and blending also. no more noticeable smears, eh. colors are like ppl said bit mono. dont be afraid to lower opacity. play around with c4d's maybe add a little bit variety.
for me halo is better. i have both stocks and i think you've done a pretty good job with it. kiu
