We have gone over this with several members before. There are still many things that are just out of the capabilities of Nutter and Dark Method. Skins and emoticons are 2 of such things. Although, I do not see the big problem with the ones we have, it covers the basics.

We can't, only the developer admin (John) can. We've discussed it before, but John were the block then, as now.
