dont like this one at all.

There is almost no light source and the light source that is there in the bg goes against the light source on the render.

Theres no flow to it, the render is too sharp, smudging looks weird/almost non-existant, the manda in the corner looks weird just sitting there, he needs some sort of image around him and a box looks odd...
Im not going to give any suggestions for this one until i see the bg stock used, so if you could link that

the colors of the background, dont flow/match the predator, try adding a cool (color) photo filiter, or gradient to the background.
And add in some midrange depth effects, blurred halfway between the foreground and your background. Just needs a little more work to it, and it will be a good looking siggy
