thanks i tried the sketchy look but it made her look like she had a mustache and the blurr didnt work so well... so i lowered the opacity and used smudgesteration :D

okay complicatedness:
at my school we have something called short term twice in a school year. for one month you take different classes that range from academic to bullshit. right now my classes are photoshop, internship (with the art teacher), "small metals" which is jewelry making, and joss whedon who's the director of firefly and buffy the vampire slayer :D

I gotta say I love this one. The rough feeling to it

i actually learned how to draw vaguely normal looking people from manga and anime. once you refine the features a bit it helps but at the same time learning with manga is nice because you have so much creative freedom to get proportions wrong :3
