Hey, The colours are good, the rends are pretty nice too,

I feel the red glow on the text is lowering the quality of how this image looks, maybe tone it down of take it right off :D

If you did the text I have to say Bravo because thats some fine effects otherwise :D

The bg effects are a little too blured as well imo, maybe something a little more sharper or not so distracting from the text and the hot chicks ^^
